Our d²σ services include both training and consulting. Beyond the standard “off-the-shelf” curricula, we can customize training programs to suit a client’s specific circumstances. For instance, if you have personnel already trained in some of the techniques employed for d²σ, we can provide training to supplement, as well as expand, the current skill sets your employees possess.

Consulting for process optimization and cost reduction efforts is available on a per diem or a contingency fee basis. With a contingency fee approach, our fee is pre-negotiated and due after successful completion of a project.
